Hello & Welcome
I'm so glad you're here!
Yoga has always been more than a workout for me—it’s a place of return. A return to breath, to presence, and to something steadier beneath the surface of daily life. Over the years, this practice has become a constant source of joy, grounding, and inspiration, and it’s a privilege to share it with others.
Whether you’re here to build strength, find stillness, or explore something deeper, you’re in the right place. My teaching blends alignment-based flow, reflective philosophy, and curated music to create a practice that supports both body and mind. I believe yoga is a conversation—not just with our muscles and joints, but with our inner world.
Wherever you're at in your journey, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Let’s begin.
My Story
I began practicing yoga in 2000, not knowing just how much it would shape the way I move through the world. What started as a purely physical practice quickly became a practice of presence—one that helped me navigate the highs and lows of life with clarity, compassion, and curiosity.
In 2025, I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Calgary, Alberta, and began teaching in a space close to my heart: my high school! I started my school’s yoga program to give students a space to move, breathe, and discover themselves through the practice—just as I have. As both a yoga teacher and a high school educator, I believe in the power of learning, storytelling, and showing up—on the mat and in life. My classes are a blend of breath, thoughtful movement, and philosophy, always taught with care, creativity, and a love for the practice. Whether you're brand new or have been practicing for years, I’m here to meet you where you are and support you in exploring your own path.
With an Honours degree in English Literature from the University of Victoria, I carry a deep love of language, story, and inquiry into my teaching. Whether we're exploring movement, stillness, or the philosophy behind it all, my classes are guided by a desire to connect the physical and the poetic—to move with meaning.
